Step 2 — Supplier Sourcing & Matching
Once your requirement is clear, we activate our supplier network. GTL maintains relationships with verified manufacturers, processors, farmers and trading houses across key production regions in India — from Gujarat and Rajasthan to Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
We don't just find one supplier. We run a multi-source comparison across 3–5 shortlisted partners, evaluating production capacity, raw material sourcing, existing export experience, quality certifications and pricing. This ensures you receive genuine options — not just the first available quote.

Step 3 — Price & Specification Evaluation
With shortlisted suppliers in hand, our team negotiates pricing on your behalf. We leverage our existing relationships and order volumes to secure competitive B2B rates — rates that individual buyers often cannot access directly.
Beyond price, we present a detailed comparison of specifications, certifications, packaging options and delivery timelines. If samples are required, we coordinate sample dispatch so you can verify quality before committing to an order. This step ensures complete transparency before any financial commitment.

Step 4 — Quality Inspection & Packaging
Before any product leaves the supplier's facility, our quality team conducts a thorough pre-dispatch inspection. This covers visual assessment, moisture testing, colour grading, contamination checks and specification compliance against your agreed parameters.
Packaging is coordinated as per your requirements — whether that means standard export-grade gunny bags, laminated pouches, retail-ready pouches with custom labels, or bulk cartons with inner lining. We also handle barcode integration, nutritional labelling and market-specific compliance formatting for private-label orders.

Step 5 — Dispatch & Global Delivery

This includes export documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, certificates of origin and any destination-specific compliance paperwork. We coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines, and share tracking details as soon as goods are in transit.
